JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure quality food product is produced in a timely manner
  2. Assure all food items are prepared in an attractive and appetizing manner
  3. Design menu, follow cooking procedures and respect the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used
  4. Ensure the proper handling, cleanliness and maintenance of work area, equipment, and cold storage areas
  5. Have the highest food service and presentation
  6. Assist to keep aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in food and beverage through trade literature, hotel shows and site visits
  7. Work closely with the operations, retail, sales and marketing team

 

REQUIREMENTS

  1. At least 4 years' experience in western restaurant
  2. Team player with good communication skills
  3. Forward-thinker and problem solver
  4. Willing to go the extra mile and has a real passion in hospitality / F&B industries
  5. Strong capability in high-end pastry concept
  6. Thorough knowledge of operations in all pastry areas
