Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of the pastry and bakery team, control the food quality and presentation as well as food cost.
  • Responsible for the menu design for all promotions, VIPs, seasonal specials and festive events.
  • Ensure the kitchen hygiene and cleanliness according to the HACCP standard.
  • Develop kitchen related training and conduct on-the-job training for kitchen associates.

Requirements

  • Relevant certificate/diploma or above.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience gained in sizable 5-star hotel of which at least 3 years in senior supervisory role.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, innovative and creative with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiar with food hygiene system such as HACCP.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
