Job Details :

  • Manage the operations of the pastry and train your team, control the food quality and presentation as well as food cost.
  • Ensure smooth operation and support front line staff on a daily basis
  • Maintain the consistency of excellent quality and standard
  • Responsible for the menu design for all promotions, VIPs, seasonal specials and festive events.
  • Ensure the proper handling, cleanliness and maintenance of work area, equipment, and cold storage areas
  • Keep aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Pastry
  • Work closely with the operations and kitchen team
  • Handling the work arrangement of General Manager / Executive Director


  • Form 5 or above, preferably with formal training in recognized technical institutes
  • 6 years or above of relevant working experience with minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent people and leadership skills
  • Immediate availability most preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
