The Job Description 

  • Responsible in planning, coordinating, controlling all pastry production, ensuring superior quality and consistency.
  • Pair recommended desserts with appropriate wines, cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks when required
  • Ensures consistent preparation and presentation are essential responsibility of the position.
  • Design Desserts & Afternoon Tea Menu

The Requirement

  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese 
  • Minimum 8 years or above in F&B / Hotel relevant experience (Michelin-starred restaurants preferable)
  • Passionate and with sound knowledge in pastries and desserts
  • Well organized, creative, self-motivated, innovative, good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate Available is preferable
