Pastry Commis Chef / Chef de Partie 各 級 西 點 廚 師 (Full Time)

Central Workshop in Wong Chuk Hang 黃竹坑中央廚房

  • To work independently in preparing pastry/ dessert items for orders and catered events at our central workshop in Wong Chuk Hang or our Tea Room in Central;
  • To decorate fondant cakes and cookies per orders by customers;
  • To follow procedure and ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times;
  • To ensure and maintain high standards of service, hygiene, health and safety;
  • Willing to learn, hard working, enthusiastic and reliable with ability to work under pressure;
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant pastry experience, preferably in 5* hotels or sizeable catering operations
  • May need to work morning shift
  • 獨立工作,在中央廚房準備甜品,蛋糕, 供應訂購及到會服務
  • 根據客戶的訂單裝翻糖糕和餅乾;
  • 隨時遵循程序,確保設備的安全正確使用;
  • 保持廚房環境清潔
  • 至少3年的相關糕點經驗,五星酒店/中央廚房工作經驗優先考慮
  • 須早班工作
