We are currently seeking a high calibreprofessional to join our team as a PayMeMarketing Coordinator.


Principal Responsibilities


Reporting to the PayMe Marketing lead, you will enjoy variety as you contribute and support the execution of the PayMe marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to work on various marketing intiatives and activities such as supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, product marketing of new feature releases, social media engagement, as well as have the opportunity to own the planning our in-app Discover Timeline feature.


  • Support and excute the delivery of marketing campaigns across PayMe’s marketing channels including in-app promotions, eDms, social media and other marketing channels

  • Work closley with the marketing team to support on various marketing activites; product feature launches, press release, events etc

  • Manage the activites for PayMe’s in-app “Discover Timeline” feature; in-app banner planning/booking, creative briefs and reporting

  • Own and manage the internal comms calendar to ensure our consumer offers and marketing activities are shared across the HSBC staff community. This will include creating content for staff newsletters and liaising with other internal comms teams to identify opportunities to promote our activites

  • Build strong internal relationships with various teams including sales team, release and product teams, data and insights and other HSBC marketing teams

  • Provide marketing admin support to the team such as managing vendor invoices, merchandise inventory, tracking consumer promotions, and all other marketing related admin

Requirements


  • Degree with major in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred

  • Solid marketing experience including digital marketing

  • Creative and resourceful to identify branding and marketing trends

  • Strong communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent copywriting skills

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
