Payment Operation Officer
Job MatcherJob Duties:
- Support Payment Processing Services
- Handle daily electronic payment settlement for Hong Kong merchants
- Prepare and check merchant payment and settlement report
- Day-end Reconciliation
Job Requirements:
- University Degree Holder with a major in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business or Accountancy
- At least 5 years of settlement experience, banking experience is a plus
- Experienced in banking operation and remittance processing
- Knowledge in Excel Power Query and SAS, a plus
- Knowledgeable in FPS, ACH and SWIFT operations
- Acquainted in CRM system basics
- Organized, responsible with good interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Good command of English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
- Immediate available preferred
