The Firm
A sizable and well-established international Law firm providing stable working environment and above market’s salary package, is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant for both Hong Kong and Singapore offices.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager of Asia who is stationed in Hong Kong, you will be working independently on payroll process including MPF, ORSA and Tax return matters.
Following the procedures and schedules, you will be responsible for handling the monthly payroll across both Hong Kong and Singapore regions for around 100 staffs which includes personal deduction, final payment, OT calculation and staff reimbursements etc. You will be closely working with HR department and London office to ensure all information is processed accurately and timely.
Other regular work will include but not limit to preparing weekly and monthly management reports, assisting in annual budgeting, preparing audit schedule related to payroll matters and communicating with IRD on the tax return matters.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder / Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years working experience in Payroll accounting work preferably with international professional services firms
Good command of both spoken and written English will be essential
Good team player with outstanding communication skill will be required
Advanced level of MS Excel usage will be an advantage
Good understanding of the payroll rules and regulations for Hong Kong, PRC and Singapore will be beneficial
Candidates with law firm experience /exposure will be considered first
