Payroll Assistant, 1 year experience,$18K


Our client is a global consultany firm. They are looking for a payroll and admin officer. This is an HK payroll position in an English speaking office with expats.


  • Hong Kong payroll administration for temp and perm staff
  • Support the recruitment team for preparing contracts and calculations
  • Ad hoc admin duties


  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 1 year of payroll experience
  • Sensitve with numbers and detail-minded
  • Proficient at Excel - pivot table & V look up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels
  • Excellent level of English and Cantonese
