Payroll - Assistant Officer/Officer/Manager

Job Description


  • Perform and handle all payroll functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, leave record management, MPF administration and tax filing;
  • Responsible for answering employee enquiries concerning with payroll matters;
  • Involve in C&B exercises, medical plan and insurance renewals etc;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team such as survey, data entry, benefits administration, filing etc.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports;
  • Daily operations of HRIS systems and maintain data integrity in the system;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager.



  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 4-5 years’ relevant working experience is preferable;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant law and regulations
  • Good in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, as well as excellent skills in Excel
  • Responsible and good interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to handle assignments independently and meet tight deadlines;
  • Immediate available is highly preferable;
