Payroll Executive / Specialist (Human Resources)

Our Client is a MNC HR solution company. They are currently looking for a Payroll Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of Payroll Processing and Payroll Calculation
  • Ensure employees' details are maintained and updated accurately on timely manner
  • Guarantee timely and accurate disbursements of salary payments to employee
  • Assist to handle all filing and submissions for pensions, retirement funds, and monthly or annual withholding taxes
  • MPF administration and management of staff medical claims, insurance matters and leave records
  • Client servicing and communication

Requirement:

  • University graduates
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Good numerical sense
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible and multi-tasking
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Determined, result-oriented, cooperative, hard-working
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment, multi-task
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
