Job Responsibilities:

  • Process accurately and timely the payroll of all staff in the hotel
  • Administer monthly MPF contributions accurately and in a timely manner and maintain an up-to-date database for MPF Scheme Members whose payroll are processed
  • Process all tax returns on time and accurately and file to the tax authorities in Hong Kong
  • Process payments in relation to staff benefits and final payments to leaving staff accurately and on time
  • Participate actively in the implementation of Payroll System and the review of Group’s payroll P&P in collaboration with Head Office and HR teams
  • Prepare monthly cost allocations analysis and annual budgets

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Accounting or relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of payroll administration experience, preferably with hands-on experience of HRIS and payroll systems
  • Tertiary educated with good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance in particular on wages, leave and termination payments’ calculation
  • Good numeric sense, detail-minded with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Immediate start is an advantage
