Our client, a global company is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform the end-to-end management and processing of monthly payroll and related matters including P-fund contributions, reconciliations, termination & final payment calculation, rental reimbursement, tax reporting, leave management and ensure that they are processed timely and accurately
  • Managing annual staff budgeting report
  • Provide support in salary and benefits benchmark surveys
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources management or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Payroll/ C&B in sizable multinational company
  • Experience in handling regional payroll is preferable
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations i.e. taxation
  • Proficient command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Well organized, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

*Contract until 31 Dec 2019 (subject to renewal), 5 days work in Tai Po, Mon to Fri 0900 to 1800, Salary range 20k – 25k depends on experience, annual leave/ birthday leave/ profamily leave will be provided.
