Our client is one of the international leading luxury brands with a wide range of product portfolio. They are looking for a Payroll Officer who has extensive payroll experience to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of a small and supportive team, you are responsible for processing the monthly payroll for the frontline staff with IPL. You have to ensure ongoing Masterfile maintenance, calculate back pays and commission payments. This role will also be responsible for reading, interpreting and applying conditions of various workplace agreements and awards to ensure employees pay rates, penalties, overtime and leave accruals are calculated correctly. You will interpret and provide payroll reports and responding to payroll queries in a timely manner.
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years' working experience in HR, specifying in Payroll. With experience in IPL or BIPO is required. Having knowledge. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Being able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
