  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in either in-house or outsourced payroll processing activities.
  • HK Payroll experience is a must.

Knowledge/skills required:

  • Good Payroll Processing Knowledge - Hong Kong Payroll.
  • Good Statutory Knowledge – Hong Kong Payroll.
  • Knowledge of additional countries payroll will be a plus.
  • Ability to supervise the work of small sized team.
  • Good knowledge in MS office.
  • Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Roles and Responsibility:Oversee the completion of all payroll activities to produce accurate and timely delivery of payroll services to our clients. Including day to day and month end activities.
  • Responsible for performing making/checking activities for the assigned clients.
  • Ensure all payroll policies and procedures are clearly documented.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and guiding junior level employees in day to day work.
  • Answering queries, inquiries, resolving payroll problems and discrepancies.
  • Responsible to maintain good business relationship with clients and vendor(email & telephone calls)
  • Responsible to handle additional tasks if delegated by the manager related to payroll activities and team management
  • Responsible for providing daily/weekly/monthly reporting as required by the job function.
  • Conducting training for juniors from time to time.
  • Assists in follow up and issue resolution process with the clients.
  • Review and analyze current payroll procedures in order to recommend the changes leading to best-practice operations.
  • Perform user testing on the computer system for customization, interface, enhancement and statutory updates when required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
