PC Support Engineer

Job Description:

  • Perform software and hardware installation and user support
  • Troubleshoot IT related problem and provide solution and advice to user
  • Responsible for remote support, answer email and phone enquiries
  • Support in computer networking and hardware maintenance
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager


  • Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience of helpdesk support
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft OS, PC hardware and networking
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skill
  • Good cooperation with team and self-motivated
  • HK Permanent Resident is required
