Our Client is a top financial institution with offices around the globe. Due to business expansion, they are seeking pension operation specialists and analysts for their pension system optimization team in Hong Kong.

The role will be dedicated to major transformation programmes for optimizing the pension system in terms of efficiency, customer experience, and compliance by acting as a business user representative.

Key Functions:
• Be familiar with and have a working knowledge of pension schemes and their management and operation and the structure and underlying principles behind it
• Be familiar with the process of delivering continuous improvement through Professional Excellence and Quality Management principles.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, formulate user stories and acceptance tests
• Liaise with product owners to confirm full understanding of build requirements in each feature
• Ensure escalation to management of critical changes that need urgent implementation

The Requirements
• University Degree
• Experience in MPF/ Pensions Operations and Administration, Business Analysis, Project Improvement or user representative on process revamp in pension/financial institute
• Business process modeling experience, such as experience in identify, collect and prepare the user requirements for system automation, production workflow streamline and implementation of various projects
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to include excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiation, diplomacy and facilitation skills.
• Assertive and able to build professional relationships with a variety of different teams and clients
• Fluent in English
