On behalf of clients, we are seeking high calibre candidates for the following:  

Position:  Pensions & Insurance Operations Staff  -  permanent & Contract

Positions offered would be depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.   


To execute any of the following job functions:    

a).  Supervisor (Pensions Operations) 

  • Assist the Manager in managing team members with respect to standards of accuracy, timeliness and productivity.
  • Ensure smooth running of the assigned accounts, resolve complicated issues and escalate the situations when necessary.
  • Handling customers' enquiries and complaints, provide possible solutions.
  • Staff coaching and support staff development plans
  • Implement procedures, processes and projects for process streamlining of operations and service improvement initiatives.

c). Assistant Officer (Pensions Operation)

  • Manage the assignedMPF/ ORSO scheme accounts & perform daily MPF administration functions of employer/member enrolment, contribution, termination and data change withinthe company under minimum supervision
  • Able to perform majority of processing transactions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle client’s enquiries or complaints, and escalate to manager if appropriate
  • Assist in process streamlining and service improvement initiatives
  • Perform UAT of system enhancement projects
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required

d). Administrator (Pensions Operations)  – Permanent and Contract 

  • Perform daily MPF administrationfunctions of employer/member enrollment, contribution, termination and data change within the company under minimum supervision.
  • Manage assigned MPF scheme accounts to comply with the regulatory and service requirements
  • Handle simple enquiries in a timely and professional manner and escalate issues or problems to manage in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients on problem cases for the completion of business processes.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks if required

e).  Agency Office Administrator

  • To provide the full spectrum of administrative support tostaff and agency
  • Responsible for purchasing of company stationery and printing material
  • Facility support and maintenance arrangement for the company
  • To assist the ah hoc task as assigned, such as relocation projects

f).  Assistant Officer (Underwriting)

  • Processnew applications of all insurance products into the system accurately for underwriting
  • Close long-pending cases at month-beginning
  • Distribute incoming fax
  • Handle agent’s reply through emails
  • Register medical reports/labs test report
  • Prepare document of Attending Physician Statement & follow up
  • Handle reimbursement for medical bills
  • Prepare policy contracts & arrange delivery
  • Data Capture in system

g). Policy Administration Officer (Contract)

  • Providing life insurance policy services to the clients relating to various types of policy changes in a timely and professional manner in compliance with regulatory & business requirements
  • Handling data capture and providing administration support to the department.

h).  Underwriting Assistant (Contract)

  • Data inputting of life insurance policy and assisting the daily operation workflow of the Underwriting & Claims Department.

i).  Agency Administration Officer (6 months contract)

  • Be responsible for providing administrative support in Tied Agency Department.


A.  General Requirements

  • Secondary, Associate, HD, Degree in Business Administration or other disciplines
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Highly adaptable to changes with a flexible and positive working attitude
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)    

B.  Experience Requirements 

a).  for  Supervisor requires at least  7 years solid experience in handling MPF administration and in supervisory role.

c). for  Assistant Officer (Pensions Operations) requires at least 2- 3 years working experience in pensions administration.

d).  for  Administrator (Pensions Operations) – Perm and Contract requires at least 1-2 years pensions administration experience preferred.   Knowledge in basic MPF and customer service principle.

e).  for  Agency Office Administrator requires at least 
2 years of agency administration experience.

f). for Assistant Officer (Underwriting) requires at least 2 years working experience in clerical function of insurance industry, with good customer service mindset.

g).  for  Policy Administration Officer (Contract) requires at least3 years’ experience or above in policy administration gained from life insurance company. 

h).  for  Underwriting Assistant (Contract) requires some experience 
with administrative support experience gained in life insurance industry. Fresh graduates will also be considered.

i). for  Agency Administration Officer (6 months contract) requires at least 2 years’ experience in insurance industry, preferably with experience in Agency Administrative Support
