On behalf of clients, we are seeking high calibre candidates for the following:  

Position: Pensions Operations/Customer Services Hotline (Assistant Officer/Assistant/Administrator)

Positions offered would be depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.   


To execute any of the following job functions:    

a).  Fund Operation (Assistant Officer)

  • Perform checking on investment order after investment team placed the order on daily basis
  • Perform checking on contract notes
  • Record daily fund price and update NAV
  • Prepare management fees to fund house monthly
  • Prepare accrual fees to finance team
  • Perform monthly reconciliation monthly valuation and  unit holdings
  • Assist in handling system enhancement projects.
  • Assist in team administration and ad hoc tasks

b).  Pensions Administrator (Experienced)

  • Handle daily administration of retirement schemes (ORSO/MPF) and perform customer service related activities;
  • Process member enrollments, terminations, and group changes in accordance with the approved company procedures, policies and local regulations;
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation;
  • Perform clerical support such as data input;
  • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required.
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects

c).  Pensions Administrator (Fresh Graduates)

  • To manage the assigned MPF scheme accounts to comply with the regulatory and service requirements
  • To process the customers’ requests on enrolment, contribution allocation, switching and benefit payment
  • To handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects

d).  Pensions Documentation Processing (Administrator)

  • Dispatch all incoming documents through fax, courier, post office & internal department within service standard
  • Responsible for scanning and indexing all incoming documents within the agreed time frame
  • Ensure good quality for all images and dispatch all imaged documents to relevant party on time
  • Perform imaging record reconciliation
  • Coordinate with relevant party for handling unidentified documents
  • Provide other supportive function services, such as filing documents, returned mails handling and other ad-hoc tasks

e).  Pensions Customer Service Call Centre (Assistant Officer/Assistant 

  • Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines and e-mails
  • Follow up customer enquiries and feedback with good quality standard 
  • Ensure the delivery of service meet with our service standard & comply with regulatory requirements
  • To assist junior colleagues in handling complaint cases/ demanding customers


A.  General Requirements 

  • F5, Associate degree, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Highly adaptable to changes with flexible and positive working attitude
  • Good analytical skills with sensitivity to figures
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)     

B.  Experience Requirements   

a).  for Fund Operation (Assistant Officer) requires 2 years’ fund administration experience in either MPF or asset management industry,, and has basic knowledge in fund operations and SFC & MPFA regulations with respect to fund dealing preferred

b). for  Pension Administrator (Experienced) requires 1-3 years of relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration.

c).  for Pensions Administrator (Fresh Graduates) requires some working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered. 

d).  for Pensions Documentation Processing (Administrator) requires 2 years of working experience in administrative works with basic knowledge of MPF Scheme and related regulations.

e).  for Pensions Customer Service Call Centre (Assistant Officer/Assistantrequires a few months’ to 3 years in banking and financial industries, preferably in call centre / customer service related, passed in MPF Exam preferred but not essential
