On behalf of clients, we are seeking high calibre candidates for the following:  

Position: Pensions/Life Insurance - Administration/Customer Service (Experienced, Assistant/Fresh Graduate) - Perm/Contract

Positions offered would be depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.   


To execute any of the following job functions:    

a).  Pensions Administrator (Experienced)

  • Handle daily administration of retirement schemes (ORSO/MPF) and perform customer service related activities;
  • Process member enrollments, terminations, and group changes in accordance with the approved company procedures, policies and local regulations;
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation;
  • Perform clerical support such as data input;
  • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required.
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects

b).  Pensions Administrator (Fresh Graduates)

  • To manage the assigned MPF scheme accounts to comply with the regulatory and service requirements
  • To process the customers’ requests on enrolment, contribution allocation, switching and benefit payment
  • To handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects

c).  Pensions Customer Service Call Centre (Assistant

  • Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines and e-mails
  • Follow up customer enquiries and feedback with good quality standard 
  • Ensure the delivery of service meet with our service standard & comply with regulatory requirements
  • To assist junior colleagues in handling complaint cases/ demanding customers

d).  Life Insurance Policy Administration (6 months contract)

  • Providing life insurance policy services to our clients relating to various types of policy changes in a timely and professional manner in compliance with regulatory & business requirements,
  • Handling data capture
  • Providing administration support to the department.

d).  Underwriting  Clerk (6 months)

  • To provide administrational support
  • to data input of life insurance policy and assisting the daily operation work flow of the Underwriting & Claims Department


A.  General Requirements 

  • F5, Associate degree, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Highly adaptable to changes with flexible and positive working attitude
  • Good analytical skills with sensitivity to figures
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)     

B.  Experience Requirements   

a). for  Pension Administrator (Experienced) requires 1-3 years of relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration.

b).  for  Pensions Administrator (Fresh Graduates) requires some working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered. 

c).  for   Pensions Customer Service Call Centre (Assistantrequires a few months’ experience in banking and financial industries, preferably in call centre / customer service related, passed in MPF Exam preferred but not essential

d). for Life Insurance Policy Administration (6 months contract) requires 3 years’ experience or above in policy administration, preferably gained from life insurance company

d).  for Underwriting  Clerk (6 months) requires some administrative support experience gained in life insurance industry. Fresh graduates will also be considered
