Our Membership Services and Catering Departments manage one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
Actively participate in the day-to-day planning and execution of Transformation Team projects & initiatives in the Membership Services and Catering Departments.
Assist management in development feasibility studies and provide analytical support to Transformation team
Monitor and maintain databases to track project progress and budgets
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; co-ordinate meetings and provide administrative assistance as required
Assist in leading a small team in providing operational and administrative support to all learning and development functions in Membership
Compose training analytic and reports
Co-ordinate with external vendors and internal partners in the execution of learning and leadership development initiatives
Support learning & development projects when required
You should have:
Degree or above, preferable in related discipline
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and proved track record in design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development interventions in large-sized organizations or multi-national companiest at supervisory level, preferably in hospitality or servicing industry but not a must
Good communications skills and be able to communicate to all levels of staff
Excellent training and presentation skills
Self-motivated and creative
Good English, fluent Mandarin is an advantage
