People Project Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and coordinate in delivering different global/ region HR initiatives, such as processes revamp, people experience and digital transformation
  • Support project management tasks including but not limited to collect users’ requirements, data management, participate in project meeting, system testing etc
  • Work and liaise with different stakeholders including local HR team in the region for subsequent execution and change management activities
  • Work closely with Project Lead on daily duties
  • Prepare necessary documentation/ reports to facilitate project implementation
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ of solid relevant experiences in managing HR related projects from sizable company, and with regional exposure would be an advantage
  • Responsible, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, good team player and good time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications and experienced in HRIS
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge on labour laws and regulations is preferred
