People Services Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including Store Staff Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Initiate effective recruitment strategies and innovative recruitment platform to recruit talent
  • Complete insightful staff performance analysis and provide advice to line managers and employees on performance/staff related issues
  • Develop and implement employee engagement program
  • Prepare HR reports & statistical analysis for management review
  • Perform ad-hoc HR related projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid HR experience in MNC, preferably gained in Retail / FMCG industry
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Able to deal with people from different levels
  • Detail-oriented, independent and a good team player
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
