Role Purpose:

As a People Technology Analyst role will have responsibility for supporting People processes through providing meaningful technical support / insight to facilitate People business to drive effective people agenda.in Hong Kong market.


A typical day in this Role:

  • Application support and maintenance on People Technology(HRIS)
  • Able to lead the requirement meeting, guide the business users in system test planning and execution to ensure the requirements are fulfilled
  • Assist the team to define guidelines and standardization on People Technology(HRIS) framework
  • Monitor data quality and impose control to mitigate risks
  • Work with IT and the vendors to make sure the project can fulfill the objectives and timeline
  • Assist & coordinate User Acceptance Test & track issues
  • Help to bring insight within People Department(HR) to reduce manual work and identify digital solutions wherever applicable
  • Communicate, engage & coach users across business units and manage expectation

  • You are a good team player and able to work well under pressure
  • You have good understanding of HR processes, covered multiple locations & assets / multinational corporation
  • You have good attention to details. Proven ability to deliver complex analysis, reconciliations and reports

 

What we look for:

  • University graduates in IT or HR discipline with 3-5 years of relevant experience in support/implementation of HRIS
  • Track record of delivering high quality projects and assignments with a focus on delivering measurable business improvements
  • Solid problem-solving skills. Able to analyse complex data and identify core issues and investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusion / solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project skills is essential
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
