A well established Asset Management firm located at Central , they are sincerely to employ the following post to join their team :

RESPONSIBILITIES

~Provide secretarial and some administrative support to Chairman in both personal matters and business activities

~Diary management - such as personal appointments,meetings, conference

~Responsible for travel and Itinerary arrangement

~Some translation work

~Handle ad hoc assignments or projects if needed

REQUIREMENTS

University degree or equivalent in related discipline

2 year of experience in secretarial or Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant or administrative or relevant experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in both spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin and Cantonese

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Good organization, responsible, self-motivated with time management skills

Presentable, Outgoing , Cheerful and Co-operative
