Personal Assistant & Administrative Clerk

  • Provide secretarial and office administrative support
  • Assist in daily operation, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, following up emails, answering phone calls, travel arrangement, etc.
  • Assist in office admin projects, facilities maintenance and staff events
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials, business proposals and reports
  • Assist in coordination between different departments within the company
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Work location: Wan Chai / Kowloon Bay



  • D.S.E., F.7 or diploma in business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in Administration is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Well-organized, responsible and able to work independently
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Immediate available is preferred
