Our client is a well established multi-national company. They are looking for a helpful, trustworthy Personal Assistant to offer all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the Director at its regional office

  • Monday to Friday
  • Double pay, Bonus, Medical and Life Insurance

The job:

  • Provide personal assistant and administrative supports to the Director
  • Manage director's calendar, arrange daily appointments and travel itinerary
  • Handle incoming calls, correspondences, mails and other family matters
  • Provide office administrative support to a team of executive staff, assist in carpool management
  • Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

The person:

  • Degree holder in Administration or Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration at sizable companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Initiative, positive, mature, tactful, detail-minded and a dynamic team player
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
