My client is the global leader in its industry and they are currently looking for a Personal Assistant with experience providing administrative support to regional offices. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to one of their senior C-suite executives
  • Manage calendars, meeting arrangement with various parties – both internal/external
  • Provide personal assisting support – travel arrangement, visa application, logistic arrangement etc.
  • Handle the filling system and confidential information professionally
  • Liaise with regional offices in the coordination of meetings and business events
  • Other responsibilities include expenses, reporting, taking meetings in management meetings
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in a varied PA/EA/OM role
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
