Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

An Asset Management Company located in Hong Kong Central is looking for a Personal Assistant for their General Manager in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and executive support to the General Manager
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules and personal matter
  • Arrange conference calls, meetings, prepare agendas, as required, coordinate and organize conferences
  • Arrange transportation and accommodations
  • Deal with telephone, email enquiries and any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • Able to speak Putonghua and Chinese typing
  • Responsible, well-organized, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in general office software, 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
