Our Client, a Hong Kong listed company is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant for their CEO in Hong Kong.


  • Provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and executive support to the CEO
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules and personal matter
  • Arrange conference calls, meetings, prepare agendas, as required, coordinate and organize conferences
  • Arrange transportation and accommodations
  • Deal with telephone, email enquiries and any ad-hoc duties assigned


  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 3 - 5 year of relevant working experience in a sizable company
  • Good language and communication skills
  • Responsible, well-organized, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in general office software, 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
