  • Act as the information source and refer inquiries to Director or the appropriate departments;
  • To coordinate business travel arrangements / personal matters
  • Collect and prepare information for use in both internal and external organizations.  
  • Handles details of a confidential and critical nature.
  • Support marketing, property rental, HR & Ad;
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director.


  • Degree / diploma holder in Business Administrations or formal secretarial training or in related field of English / Chinese Literature.
  • Good communication skills with both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putongua
  • Familiar with MS Office application, include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and  Chinese word processing
  • 1-2 years working experience.
  • Responsible, proactive, independent, detail-minded, and well-organized
  • Immediate available preferable
