Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation
Organizing events & meeting and accurately recording minutes
Reminding the management of important tasks and deadlines
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the management
Answering phones & routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
Requirements:
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Good oral and written communication skills
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Japanese
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
Typing, computing and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Having both Hong Kong and China driver licences are required
Willing to travel overseas and China with management is required
Experience in tourist guide or related is an advantage
