They are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support to the General Manager. Excellent opportunity for growth and exposure to the operations. This role is very active and fast moving. In this role, you will handle the full spectrum of secretarial and admin support including but not limited to travel arrangements, attending business meetings and events, and liaise and manage the General Manager’s daily schedule and business appointments.
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 1-2 years’ of relevant experience in administrative duties and/or serving Senior Executives
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly analytical, energetic, and self-motivated
