Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round administrative and secretarial support to the Honorary Consul (English Speaker);
  • Responsible for reception duties including answering calls and greeting guests;
  • Manage daily operations of the consulate office;
  • Draft correspondence in English and Chinese;
  • Manage and help with all personal and administrative matters for the Honorary Consul;
  • Organise and coordinate various projects and/or events and activities;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Matriculation or above;
  • English subject at HKCEE with C or above or equivalent result;
  • At least 3 years administrative or secretarial experience;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, detailed oriented, calm and presentable.
  • Work for 2 to 3 days per week (Flexible Time)
