  • Bachelor degree from overseas is preferred
  • 2 years or above solid secretarial experience
  • Excellent commend of spoken and written English, with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Efficient, honor, and highly organized with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Duties :

  • Provide full range of executive & secretarial supports to the top management
  • Compose business letters and correspondence
  • Liaise with internal and external parties including business partners, bankers and vendors
  • Organize and maintain filling system & storage of confidential documents
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Manage meeting schedule, travel arrangements and personal agenda
