Personal Assistant / Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and all round support to Director & Management;
  • Assist in all personal matters, business development activities and handle all internal correspondences;
  • Work cohesively with other departments to ensure smooth operation;
  • Prepare presentation materials, proposals and reports;
  • Attend meetings and functions with senior Manager;
  • Perform ad hoc and confidential duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with formal secretarial training.
  • 1-2 years of relevant secretarial experience with stable employment history at sizable companies.
  • Able to handle business correspondence professionally.
  • Good command of English and Cantonese included Mandarin.
  • Cheerful, Energetic and Good Communication Skill
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Presentable, independent, organized and self-motivated.
  • Willing to work under pressure and overtime.
  • Welcome fresh graduates
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.

We offer 5-day work with one Saturday (half working day) per month, Banking Holiday, Free Meal, Double Pay, Year-end Bonus and attractive remuneration to right candidate.
