Key responsibilities:

* Report directly to manager

* Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively & independently.

* Responsible for arranging and organizing daily schedules, business meetings and travel arrangements including hotel reservations, flight bookings and all related matters.

* Manage and assist in all ad hoc assignments as assigned


* University degree or above

* Good Command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

* Responsible ,  Multi-tasking and can work under pressure and independently

* Strong in PC Skill
