Personal Assistant to Chairman

 

Responsibilities

  • To provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman including drafting documents, letters and reports where appropriate
  • To manage travel itineraries and organize logistic arrangement for meetings and appointments
  • To consolidate and review the monthly reports from all operating companies across different regions
  • To attend meetings, take minutes and ensure the provision of appropriate information
  • To work closely with management teams across local and overseas operating entities
  • To perform any other duties as assigned

 Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Business administration, finance, accounting or related discipline
  • At least 8 years Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant experience to serve Chairman / Top Management  
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Mature, self-motivation and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Patient, excellent attention to details with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Familiar with MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 

Secretary

  • Degree or Diploma holder with fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • 3-6 years secretarial / administrative experience in large corporation 
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Typing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
