Personal Assistant to Principal


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full range of secretarial support to the Principal
  • Arrange meetings, events and appointment schedules
  • Coordinate and update Principal’s announcements, weekly Bulletins
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, agenda and minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate conference / workshop registration, flight and hotel bookings for Principal
  • Establish and maintain an effective filing system for proper records
  • Draft and translate letters and messages to/from teachers, parents, students and external parties
  • Answer or appropriately direct emails and telephone enquiries
  • University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience, experience in school setting is preferred
  • Personable, organized, self-motivated, independent, willing to learn and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite
