Job Description :

Personal Assistant:

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial support to Director including personal matters, meeting and appointment schedule
  • Ability to respect and maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Work closely with internal & external parties on coordination 
  • Responsible to any translation tasks (English/Chinese)
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties, Business travel when necessary
  • Handle correspondence independently in English and Chinese
  • Handle client gift arrangement
  • Attend regular event will be held on weekends if required

Requirements :

  • University graduate preferably study aboard
  • 3 years working experience in similar post
  • Proficiency in PC applications / Chinese MS Word / Excel
  • Must good in filing system, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded and well organized with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently under pressure and capable of multi-tasking

  • Special allowance for working on weekend event
