Main Responsibilities:
• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support services to President

• Coordinate meetings, calendars and personal matters

• Prepare business correspondences, reports, agenda, minutes for meetings and presentation materials

• Responsible for travel, hotel accommodation and logistics arrangement

• Communicate closely with internal and external parties

• Participates in ad hoc and special projects if required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in secretarial role and serving senior management

• A team player 

• Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Power Point

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
