Personal Assistant

A fast growing Private Equity firm in Hong Kong is looking for highly competent, driven and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Chairman. (Native Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST).

Main Responsibilites:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Chairman
  • Calendar management, meetings/conference arrangements for both personal and business functions
  • Manage drivers
  • Manage reception area, welcome visitors and guests courteously
  • Planning and organizing corporate events
  • Arrange incoming and outgoing courier and mails
  • Any ad hoc projects assigned by the chairman

Main Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years solid PA experience
  • Completely trustworthy in handling confidential information
  • Good in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpsonal skills
  • Independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and overtime
  • Immediate avaialble is highly preferred
