Personal Assistant

  • Degree in Language / Business Administration / Legal Studies or
related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in related position
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (both written and
  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, good
interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized and strong
sense of responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime
  • Working experience with PRC team members will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability or short notice is preferable

Job Duties:
  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, business conferences and
travel itineraries
  • Organizing, scheduling and attending meetings, as well as ensuring the
director is prepared for meetings
- Prepare different business correspondence - letters, reports, agenda
minutes, presentation materials, etc
  • Manage and assist in all projects assigned with professional manner &
  • Assist the Director in personal matters
  • Assist in business activities and handle ad hoc projects and
  • Provide full administration support
  • Attend meeting with clients and handle follow-up tasks
  • Frequent travel with the Director to China and overseas
