Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to company director.
  • Responsible for managing daily matters in both business and personal aspects, including administrative duties, diary management, organizing meetings / teleconferences.
  • Prepare meeting agenda and presentation materials and correspondence.
  • Participate in organizing marketing campaigns, PR related activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different level of staff.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required.

 

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience as a Secretary/Personal Assistant.
  • Detail-minded, patient, service-oriented, positive manner, organized and systematic, strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered with good qualifications.
  • Diploma or Degree holder with formal secretarial training or equivalent experience.
  • Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
