Personal Banking Executive(Digital/Multi-channel) - Contact Centre Business

數碼客戶服務主任 — 客戶服務中心

加入我們的客戶服務團隊,您將透過各種數碼管道與客戶連繫,處理客戶諮詢,積極提供問題解決方案,於必要時轉介至相關的滙豐團隊,並主動地跟進後續情況。您須備良好書面溝通能力,能說流利粵語、普通話和英語,精通電腦及繁體中文輸入速度不少於每分鐘 30 字;  香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試考獲五科合格,包括數學加中文或英文,或具備更高學歷。 

這個職位適合來自各行列各業的人才,無論您是剛投身社會、轉行或二度就業,即使沒有相關工作經驗,我們也歡迎您加入,但如您擁有銀行或客戶服務經驗將會被優先考慮。通過我們全面的培訓計畫,您會充分認識銀行各種產品以及服務,並通過在職訓練及團隊分享,讓您在面對客人的查詢時能夠靈活地運用您所學的知識,提供適當的產品以及解決方案 。

這是一個五天工作週但需輪班的工作 (包括日、夜、週末及公眾假期)。




您可享有每月港幣 16,000 元的底薪以及季度獎金、輪班津貼以及在銀行工作的所有福利,包括 18 天 有薪假期、高達 100% 估值或購買價格的房屋貸款和銀行服務如貸款和信貸便利。


Banking customer service through digital channels

If you want to work on the latest digital channels and platforms, and you excel in answering customer queries in writing, this represents an ideal opportunity to develop or start a rewarding career in banking.

It is a job with interest and variety, where every customer and customer requirement is different. You will be working in a team that provides all the support you need to learn and develop your banking career.


Digital Customer Service Officer – Contact Centre

Joining our Contact Centre as Digital Customer Service Officer, you will handle customer enquiries through various digital platforms and channels. Your role will be to understand their enquiries, then respond in writing to offer relevant investment products, services and solutions that meet their needs.

Banking and customer service experience is preferred but not essential. The key to success is a customer-first mentality, acknowledging and empathizing with customer concerns, trying to resolve customer issues on the first contact or directing them to the appropriate HSBC team.

As well as the proactive attitude to resolving customer queries, you must have good written communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, be computer-literate with typing speeds of at least 30 words per minute in Traditional Chinese.

This position may suit a range of different people: you could be just starting on your career journey, looking for a change of career direction, or even looking for a second career in a different life stage.

This is a five-day working week, but you should have the flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
