Personnel & Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR and office administration support
  • Handle recruitment and selection process
  • Design and organize employee relation’s functions
  • Responsible to assist in formulating learning & development initiatives
  • Provide office administration support and office maintenance
  • Design and organize employee relation programmes to attract, motivate and retain a high quality work force.
  • To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related dsicipline
  • At least 2 years Human Resources working experience, preferably in Financial Services industries
  • Experience to work with oversea offices is advantage
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good numeric and analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
