  • Assist in carrying out Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, compensation and benefits administration, etc.
  • Organizing staff recreational activities as well as participating in other HR initiatives / Projects as assigned 
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team as well as statistical reporting   
  • Participant in HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required


  • Degree holder with 1 year relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organization
  • Attentive, diligent, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Self motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent hands-on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communications skills in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Working on weekends / public holidays may be required
