  • To handle attendance, leave and overtime administration, HRMS input, prepare attendance and staff turnover reports
  • To provide administrative support in training, occupational and health initiatives and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Diploma or above with 1 year relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organization
  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Attentive to details, fast and accurate in data entry
  • Pleasant with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates in Human Resources Management will also be considered
