The job holder is responsible to provide human resources services in support of the business operation.


  • Maintain a complete and updated personnel records of newcomers, termination and movement, to ensure accuracy and compliance in HR systems
  • Ensure HR functions in compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Assist in reviewing company policy and procedures in support of the smooth operation of the department
  • Handle monthly payroll, attendance record, work injury cases and leave management
  • Update staff information and maintain proper filing system
  • Work close with all departments on HR related issues
  • Provide general clerical support and administrative duties
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Higher diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience, possess solid experience in labour intensive industry is preferred
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances, Employees’ Compensation Ordinances and other related legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized with a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and capable to work under pressure
  • Applicants with more experience will be considered as Personnel Officer
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
