PERSONNEL ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle attendance administration, overtime and part-time payment calculation as well as prepare related reports
  • Perform HRMS input and prepare on-boarding and off-boarding formalities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in training and development initiatives, implementation of HR systems and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 1 year's relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organization
  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, attentive to details and of high work accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
